"How to apologise to my wife without actually saying it." I searched on google.

Just say you are sorry , stupid .......,my alter ego with an angry face sat on my shoulder.

"Arghhhh ..............what should I do now?",

I shouted while running fingers through my hair.

Actually I need to see her first. Yeah, that's right , I will think about how to apologise later.

Gour's mansion was just 10 mins away. So I used my bike.

I stood at the door , I hesitated to go in.

"Arey Adhrik beta?" Gowthami maa came towards me. "Why are you standing there, come inside ", she held my hand and we entered the house.

"Don't expect special treatment as you became our son in law now, you will always remain as our son only," her words made me smile.

" I don't need any special treatment maa, I admire you as much as I admire my mother"

Damn...

That line must have hit her , a thin line of tears shimmered in her eyes.

" U- uh maa , where is Adhvit?", I stammered as I am lying. I care less about him right now. I just want to see Shanaya.

" He was in his room beta, go and meet him"

I got my chance . I went upstairs and walked towards her room only to find it empty. Where is she? I couldn't find my sister either.

I have no choice but to go to Advit's room .

God, he is gonna rant at me about this morning when I said I don't owe him an explanation when he asked about why I shouted at our employee.

I knocked on his door , a moment later

he opened it .

" Well, well, well I guess now you owe an explanation now , since you are standing at my door unannounced ", I hate his smirk on his face while saying it.

"Hatt bey saale" , I pushed him and entered his room.

( Move aside you idiot).

"You don't look good . What happened? " That smirk never left his face.

Like he knew that I came for his sister.

" Where are Shanaya and Aarushi? ", I purposely included Aarushi otherwise ...............I will get caught.

" And why should I tell you?"

Fucking bastard.

" Just tell me ," I scowled at him.

"Considering your behaviour towards me in office today, you have to ask more nicely, Don't you think?"

He is playing with my nerves right now.

But I want to see Shanaya as soon as possible otherwise my heart will burst out.

The only way to get an answer from him, is to shock him.

"Saale ji....... Can you please tell me where your sister is?" Although I hated saying it I had no choice.

( Saale ji = brother in law)

"Holy moly...what the actual fuck is going on here?" , his eyes widened like they would pop out.

"What happened?" , I scowled again.

"Did you just call me saale ji" he exclaimed in shock.

" I think I'm going to get a heart attack right now", he placed his hand on his chest.

"Don't be over dramatic and tell me where they are right now", I have no patience left.

" So you fucked up that bad?", he asked.

I gave him and angry look.

"Fine, they went shopping", he finally spoke.

I can't wait to see her till they get home.

" Let's go", I said, dragging him along.

"Wait... I don't know the exact location" he tried to stop me.

"We will call Aarushi on the way".

Advit called Aarushi to know where they are. She sent us location of a mall.

I took my bike to avoid traffic.

"Now tell me what happened?", advit asked while hopping on my bike.

"Shut up and sit fast". I started my bike and drove it as fast as I possibly could.

" Do you want to kill us?, Bhai I'm not even married yet. Have some mercy on me".

I ignored his words as I always do. We reached there in 30 mins And started looking for Shanaya and Aarushi.

Aarushi waved at us, signaling us to come.

When she moved aside a bit, I saw Shanaya.

My raging heartbeat calmed down , as If it had finally found its home.

A smile crept on my face softly.

I was about to move in her direction.

Wait.

Shanaya is talking to someone.

A boy.

Laughing with him.

Suddenly a burning sensation raised in my heart and it just won't calm down.

Man, I don't even have acidity! Why the hell is my chest burning?

That's because you are jealous , you moron.

This time my alter ego appeared with

red devil horns on his head.

What the fuck, I am not jealous type.

Shanaya tapped him on the shoulder while laughing.

That's it.

My walking pace increased to reach them.

"Woah, slow down man, what's the hurry", Advit blabbed out , keeping up with my pace.

"What's going on here?" My voice lost its control and almost came out like a shout.

I am waiting for Shanaya to look at me and she finally locked her eyes with mine.

My eyes softened looking at her face.

"We came here to play cricket," Aarushi mocked my question.

Advit snorted but when I looked at him, he stood still.

"Uh - guys, who are they?", That pig faced boy asked.

"This is my brother,Advit" , Shanaya introduced Advit to him.

"Oh , hi, I'm Rohith "

"Hello, nice to meet you"

they both did a hand shake .

"And who is he?"

This pig face has a lot of questions. His voice is irritating me.

"He uh- he is Aarushi's brother", shanaya said without looking at me.

The burning sensation returned this time even stronger.

"Hi", pig faced Rohith extended his hand to me.

"Hello, I am Adhrik Malhotra, husband of Shanaya Malhotra ", I accepted the handshake, forcing a firm grip.

His face just dropped. Oops ...I think I hurt him.

He struggled to release my grip for a moment and I finally let him go.

Shanaya's eyes widened in suprise, her lips slightly parted.

Aarushi and Advit are hiding their smiles.

Shanaya's cheeks turned pink.

She is so adorable right now.

But I can't properly concentrate only on her when this pig face is still standing with us.

"So you are best friends and you married your best friend's sister ... Man that's crazy , our circle believes my best friend's sister is my sister", he said in a sarcastic tone.

"Sorry I can't relate to that "I said. I am literally throwing daggers at him yet he is not leaving .

He turned his face towards Shanaya again.

"So when will you return to University Shanaya, I am getting bored without you".

"I will come in two days", Shanaya slightly smiled.

Again .

why the hell she's not looking at me.

My god.... I'm going to burst out. My jaw tightened, if this fucker won't go away within 2 seconds I will smash his head.

"Okay then , see you soon"

Fucking finally.

He left from there.

The burning sensation settled a bit but didn't fade away.

" Let's go home", I want to talk to her in person.

"No, we are not done with shopping yet", Aarushi held Shanaya's hand taking her away from me.
